Traditional Roots.
Modern Vision.
Located in the heart of Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood, ʔálʔal Café reclaims and reintroduces traditional Indigenous foods in a modern café setting.
ʔálʔal Café is a social enterprise owned and operated by Chief Seattle Club, a 501(c)(3) organization. 100% of net profit goes back into our organization to support the work we’re doing for our unhoused Native relatives.
Authentic Indigenous
Food + Drink
In addition to a full espresso bar, ʔálʔal Café offers delicious, fast-casual cuisine featuring Indigenous ingredients from various regions of North America. We strive to highlight pre-colonial ingredients such as: Great Plains’ bison, the Northeast’s Three Sisters, and the beloved Northwest salmon.
